Job Title: Warehouse Operations Analyst
Grade/Title: Assistant Manager (G2)
Overview: As a Warehouse Operations Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and implementing warehouse management projects within our organization. Your responsibilities will include managing project timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring the successful implementation of warehouse management related project systems (WMS). You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse operations, enhance efficiency, and streamline processes.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets for warehouse management projects such as new warehouse operation setup, warehouse move and warehouse infrastructure enhancement.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Execute project tasks according to defined timelines and budget constraints.
2. Warehouse Management System /IT System Implementation and Warehouse Operation Setup Project:
- Lead the implementation of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related technologies.
- Collaborate with IT teams and external vendors to customize and configure WMS/IT systems to meet business requirements.
- Conduct testing and validation to ensure the functionality and effectiveness of WMS/IT systems.
- Lead warehouse operation setup and move project for expansion and closure.
3. Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to support project activities, including personnel, equipment, and budget allocation.
- Monitor and manage project resources to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.
4. Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders including customers, providing regular updates on project progress, issues, and risks.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.
5. Quality Assurance and Risk Management:
- Implement quality assurance processes to ensure the accuracy and reliability of warehouse management systems.
- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
6. Training and Support:
- Develop training materials and conduct training sessions for warehouse staff on new processes and technologies.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of warehouse management systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, business administration, supply chain management, logistics, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in project management, particularly in warehouse management or supply chain operations, minimum 3-4 years of experience.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management systems (WMS) and related IT system & technologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects within scope, schedule, and budget constraints.
- Bilingual in English/Korean is a plus
